Introducing: Pantry Sundays
Since our new pantry is a little farther from our previous location, we're launching Pantry Sundays! Every Sunday, our family will deliver pantry items to individuals and families within Hancock County who are unable to make it to the pantry due to transportation, health, or other circumstances.
If you live in Hancock County and need a delivery, send our page a message and we'll do our best to help.
One small favor:When you're finished visiting the pantry, please zip the entrance closed before you leave. Keeping it zipped helps protect the pantry from animals, bugs, and weather so supplies stay clean and safe for everyone.
☕
A huge thank you to Weens and Beans Coffee Co for their incredibly generous donation that helped us stock our new pantry. Your kindness has already made an impact on so many local families.

Words From Our Community
The real impact of Plates of Love — in the words of the people we serve.
To everyone at Plates of Love — my family and I will forever be grateful for everything you have done for us. There was a time when my husband and I both lost our jobs, and we found ourselves struggling just to put food on the table. We had no money and didn't know how we were going to feed our children. During one of the hardest seasons of our lives, Plates of Love stepped in and gave us hope.
Because of your organization, my children, my husband, and I were able to enjoy hot, home cooked meals when we needed them most. The food pantry also helped provide essential groceries that got us through until we were back on our feet. Your kindness meant more than words can ever express.
I've also seen firsthand the incredible impact Plates of Love has on our community. I've watched individuals experiencing homelessness receive a warm, home cooked meal and be treated with dignity, compassion, and love. You don't just provide food — you provide hope, encouragement, and a sense of community to so many people.
Today, my husband and I are back on our feet, and we are incredibly thankful. We will never forget the kindness that was shown to our family during our time of need. Because of the generosity of Plates of Love, we were reminded that even in our darkest moments, there are people who truly care.
Thank you for everything you have done for my family and for the countless others you continue to serve. We will always support Plates of Love, attend your community gatherings, and encourage others to do the same. Your love, generosity, and dedication have made a lasting difference in our lives, and for that, we will be forever grateful.
